THE CROAKING SHAMAN'S STORY
I am a Shaman living nestled in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, in a village near the city of Norwich. I work as a Healer, Seer and Tutor with the simple aim of awakening my authentic self, embodying that as fully as possible and helping others to do the same.
I have over 20 years experience in healing. I qualified in Reiki at Practitioner level in 2004 whilst doing a MSc in Marine Mammal Science at University and I started offering Reiki professionally in 2005. I attended an Animal Communication Training workshop in 2008 and was blown away by the detail, accuracy, vividness and how easily the information flowed. I loved it. I began to practice this is daily life as I realised it is something I can do very naturally once my mind and heart was re-opened to it. I undertook specialist training in Reiki with animals, including equines, and began to offer Animal Reiki and Animal Communication sessions in 2009.
I have always felt a deep connection with nature and have found a profound sense of peace, purpose and fulfilment on my journey with Shamanic Healing and Seeing work. I have over a decade of professional experience since I completed my SHAMANIC and RUNE work training. I completed Call Of The Shaman training - covering Shamanic Healing, Rune Reading and shamanic dream practices - and the second stage of personal development training, The Deeper Journey, with Jay & Kestrel Oakwood who run the internationally renowned Bridget Healing Centre in Glastonbury.
I have been teaching the Runes and Shamanic Practices of Britain and Northern Europe for 3 years. I offer both workshops and 1:1 tuition on Runes, Power Animals, The Norns and Shamanic Practices. I offer bespoke 1:1 tutoring in mediumship, runes, shamanic meditation and shamanic sound healing.
Shamanic work connects with nature and the spirit world. Shamanic healing has its roots in the things that we tangibly know and relate to – channelling healing energy of the earth, forests, oceans, rivers, mountains, animals, plants, stars, moon and sun, making these very powerful techniques. It works powerfully on a very deep level, shifting stubborn blocks and old patterns, supporting people to move themselves forwards with true empowerment on our sometimes difficult and challenging life paths. These are the paths that lead to self-understanding, authenticity, presence, growth and love – the paths that bring us home to our true selves. Many of the techniques are interactive, enabling the client to take the healing steps for themselves in a safe, supported, sacred space.
Every treatment and reading is about the real you, appreciating, bringing back and healing every part of you, the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. I provide a calm, safe, supportive and sacred space for you to nurture yourself and take empowering steps towards wholeness and happiness. My treatments are wonderful for both men and women from all walks of like. I do however provide a particularly gentle yet powerful approach for working with women with mental and emotional health problems, a history of abuse, addiction and vulnerable mums/mums-to-be. My approach honours your strength, courage and bravery.
My treatments are suitable for those with life-limiting illness and I provide support and shamanic services for those making the journey into the next life and support for their loved ones.
I am a Tropic Ambassador for Tropic skincare and offer free ritual facial and hand/foot cleansing prior to treatments if desired. I also host and provide opportunity for you to host your own Shamanic Tropic Pamper Evening combining a Tropic pamper party with shamanic meditation and journeying or readings if preferred.
As a Priestess of Goddess initiated with the Goddess Temple of East Anglia and a spiritual storyteller I can offer a unique contribution to special gatherings, such as blessings, naming ceremonies or spoken stories featuring you and your guests or loved ones.
